Job Description:

What You'll Be Doing


The Specialist, Operations Management within Enterprise Wires Modernization's Global Money Operations (GMO) is responsible for the delivery of efficient operational support, accurately processing service inquiries and requests while upholding compliance with internal controls and procedures.

The role uses judgement regarding priorities and approaches to obtain complete and accurate information of client issues, provides clients with detailed explanations of their recommendations, and verifies their understanding of the issue.

The incumbent demonstrates strong technical and system knowledge to review and analyze data to ensure quality assurance of transactions and maintain customer satisfaction.

In addition, the role assists in the management of day-to-day operation and overall efficiency of the unit, while seeking opportunities to streamline existing processes and procedures.

The Specialist will also work in a team environment and will participate in project activities (requirements gathering, design feedback, and user acceptance testing).

Please note this is a nightshift role. This Operation Support is required during nightshift.


Due to the nature of this role, a criminal record check will need to be completed at least annually for the purpose of enhanced screening.

How You'll Succeed

  • Critical and Analytical Thinking You will ensure complete and timely review and action for wire payment inquiries and identify root cause where possible.


  • Relationship Building

  • Required to interact with internal business partners, external business partners, and correspondent banks globally. You represent yourself professionally and can clearly articulate your thoughts. You are able to foster mentorship relationships with your team and with others across the bank.
  • Training and Relationship Building
  • Training other staff to ensure they understand processes, procedures and the importance of customer service quality.


  • Transaction processing

  • Use your extensive knowledge of Wire payment processing and Investigations is highly desirable. This includes expertise on ISO20021/22 message types, transaction processing, Reconciliation and AML escalations. As well as the sound knowledge described above, a continuous improvement mindset is required to be able to actively/proactively participate in project activities
