- Graduation from an approved School of Nursing
- Two years of recent clinical nursing experience in pediatrics
- Ability to complete patient assessments and apply pediatric nursing theory
- Effective communication skills with patients, families, and the care team
- Proficiency in initiating Intravenous Therapy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the team
- Skills in teaching patients, families, and community partners on essential health topics
- Proficiency in operating related equipment and computer applications
