What does your day look like at Edon?
- Complete accounting and administrative responsibilities in accordance with Edon Management's standards
- Create and process purchase orders and invoices
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers regarding payments and invoicing
- Prepare monthly reporting packages for managers and clients
- Assist property manager with the tracking of monthly expenditures
- Assist in operations tasks including scheduling employees and subcontractors, data entry, inspection booking, preparing general correspondence, etc.
- Support in the resolution of client service issues and contract issues to ensure a high level of client satisfaction
What do you need to succeed?
- Postsecondary degree from an accredited institution (focus on Accounting or Business Administration preferred)
- Minimum two years of experience in a midlevel business administration or accounting support role
- Experience in property or facilities management considered an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent knowledge of computerized accounting system software
- Familiarity and previous experience with Microsoft Power BI
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to professionally support clients with service requests
- Strong organizational skills to simultaneously prioritize multiple tasks and projects
