You will also be responsible for building and developing a team of IT Professionals on the Product Application Team, providing leadership and guidance including setting goals and objectives, providing feedback and coaching, and ensuring that team members have the necessary resources and support to be successful.

Key responsibilities in this role include:

Collaborating with other IT teams (such as Security, Infrastructure, and Data Management) to ensure that integration efforts are aligned with broader IT strategies and priorities

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

Prior experience in a technical leadership role is required and experience building a team would be considered a strong asset ITIL Foundations V3 or higher is desirable
TMMi Certification is desirable
Experience working in the public sector is an asset
Master's in Business Administration (MBA) or Product Owner certification from a recognized institution is an asset

SECURITY CLEARANCE:

As a condition of employment at E-Comm, the required Police Security Clearance applicable to the position must be acquired and maintained.

This is a process carried out by our law enforcement partner agencies, facilitated by E-Comm.

The minimum residency in Canada to qualify for this position, as established by our law enforcement partner agencies, is 5 years.
