Sales Administrative Support (Showroom); Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

Responsibilities

  • Providing inoffice administrative support to the Showroom Sales team
  • Manage Customer inquiries both on the phone and in the showroom
  • Processing customer payments
  • Manage online requests/inquiries through OLARK
  • Manage Lead Database, entering new leads
  • Assist in scheduling appointments for sales associates
  • Prepare sales associates in showroom monthly schedule
  • Support management and sales associates with administrative and sales related tasks
  • Processing/Creating change orders for service requests and preparing invoices
  • Assisting sales associates with estimating

Qualifications & Requirements:


  • Postgrad diploma or program in a constructionrelated field an asset
  • Interest in construction, building or architecture an asset
  • An outgoing individual with a positive attitude
  • Basic math skills as basic calculations and conversions are required
  • An out of the box thinker with excellent problem solving skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
A driven and ambitious individual

  • Monday to Friday
