Sales Administrative Support (Showroom); Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
Responsibilities
- Providing inoffice administrative support to the Showroom Sales team
- Manage Customer inquiries both on the phone and in the showroom
- Processing customer payments
- Manage online requests/inquiries through OLARK
- Manage Lead Database, entering new leads
- Assist in scheduling appointments for sales associates
- Prepare sales associates in showroom monthly schedule
- Support management and sales associates with administrative and sales related tasks
- Processing/Creating change orders for service requests and preparing invoices
- Assisting sales associates with estimating
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Postgrad diploma or program in a constructionrelated field an asset
- Interest in construction, building or architecture an asset
- An outgoing individual with a positive attitude
- Basic math skills as basic calculations and conversions are required
- An out of the box thinker with excellent problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong attention to detail

- Monday to Friday
