    Description
    Microserve is looking for a Service Technician to join our team in the Lower Mainland, BC. The Service Technician is responsible for responding to onsite service calls for various clients. Duties include desk side and onsite troubleshooting of computer and printer problems, add/move/changes, and installation of new systems. They will also be accountable for servicing and repairing various products such as printers, multi-function devices, copier, plotters etc. The role responsibilities typically involve the routine maintenance and repairs of the above-mentioned devices within a specified geography.

    Delivery of technical services to end users, specifically in desktop, laptop, and printer hardware repair Advanced knowledge of Windows 7/10, Microsoft Office suite ~ Technical certifications considered an asset ~ Self-starter with the ability to work as an effective team member service ~Knowledge of software installation and troubleshooting in a Windows environment ~ Experience in PC assembly or repair ~ CompTIA A+ Certification (or similar) considered an asset ~ Experience on working with CRM's /Ticketing platforms like ConnectWise.

    In accordance with the BC Pay Transparency Act the range for this role for BC residents is $21 – $27 per hour Extended Medical and Dental plan from day one At Microserve, we are an industry leader in providing technology solutions to public and private sector clients across Western Canada.
