Responsibilities:
- Establish project objectives, scope, and timeline.
- Develop and manage project plans and budgets.
- Identify and manage risks associated with the project.
- Manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
- Monitor progress of the project and report on progress to stakeholders.
- Ensure that project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure that all expectations are met.
