Responsibilities:

Report directly to CE Manager, and Team Lead on any SureCall Support Agent's areas of strengths and/or weaknesses; work with the CE Manager, Team Lead, and Agent to improve on said weaknesses
Review the LiveChat and Support inbox to pick out any consistent errors/points of improvement for SureCall and/or any Agents in particular
Review daily "scammer" and "withdrawal" reports from other departments to note accounts accordingly and identify any patterns of potential concern
Respond to reviews on behalf of BET99 on sites such as TrustPilot, Reddit, etc.
Be available to work on any projects or tasks assigned by the CE Manager, Team Lead, or Head of CE.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or minimum 2 years' work experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to perform well in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
Knowledge of sports, online betting, or gaming is preferred
