In your role as a Project Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating, tracking progress, internally managing and administratively supporting the completion of projects.

This will require being the primary point of contact for project lifecycles and includes liaising with team members, customers, suppliers, fabricators, drafters and all other project partners.

Practically speaking, here's what you'll do on a day-to-day basis

Project Coordination

  • Coordinate and project activities, resources, equipment, information and payment, acting as the point person for communication for the project both internally& externally using Trello
  • Assist in determining material needed by performing entry level takeoffs from drawings, project plans and site measurements
  • Document project changes and material additions throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure smooth delivery and timeliness of projects from order confirmation to completion using Trello and Excel
Project Administration

  • Document and maintain updated summaries for projects to ensure details are accessible to address any inquiries, provide administrative support in completing prequalifications, proposals, and bids to acquire new projects and following up with invoices, credits and receipts to customers
  • Manage and maintain all administrative project requirements by keeping each portfolio up to date from quoting phase to project completion
Quality Assurance

  • Review and assess contract specifications to ensure agreed terms are met and communicate all details, timing, and changes to customers & necessary partners for the entirety of the project
  • Develop and implement new tools, systems and processes to achieve project management goals

  • 35 years of working experience in project coordination

Qualifications:


  • College Diploma/University Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Courses in Project Management
  • Competent or willing to learn Adobe, Bluebeam, Sales Force and Trello
  • 25 years' experience in project coordination
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to work well both in a team environment and independently with mínimal supervision
  • Capable of building rapport and work with coworkers and clients

This is a full-time position. Typically, you'll work Monday to Friday from 8:00 am -4:00 pm with some seasonal variation in hours.
