As a
Customer Supply Chain Analyst (12 Month Contract) in our Mississauga office, you will use your top-notch analytical skills to provide systems expertise that enables Kellogg Company to better structure and interpret our business data.

In this customer facing role, you will be an integral part of the Kellogg supply chain team where you will engage with our valued retailers & internal customer teams to drive improved case fill level, on-time arrival and integrate the supply chain.

You will identify opportunities and manage projects to achieve improvement in key areas of our business, including on-time-in-full performance inbound and outbound, retail non-compliance costs and internal/external supply chain requests.

Acting as a Change Agent
  • You'll import and review performance data in Tableau, challenging any data that doesn't align, to help make our company and products even better. As you collaborate with crossfunctional teams on key items, you'll feel a sense of pride as you present strong insights that change the way we do business.

Partnering with the Business
  • Issue ontime reports with accurate data and perceptive analyses. You'll maintain a sharp focus onenabling our business to make more informed decisions through sharing your thoughtful input.

Creating Meaningful Presentations
  • Do you have the skills to create dashboards that tell the real story behind the data? That's great We need someone like you as we unravel data sets to turn them into useful, productive material that drives decisionmaking forward. Have you worked with Tableau before? Even better.

Collaborating for Success
  • Partner with colleagues across the supply chain, including customers, to make progress toward key business goals. As a team player and numbers expert, you'll show an enthusiasm for working together as you present findings and insights that drive us toward the future.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

  • 35 years of experience in customer service, logistics, production and procurement
  • Agile with proven ability to learn quickly
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with an aptitude for building positive relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex situations
  • Strong problem solving ability and negotiation skills with internal and external customers
  • Ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization. In addition, the ability to promote positive relations.
