- Works with the Application Owner to manage the Internal Employee Portal
- Enhances the Employee Portal by creating visually appealing and user-friendly web pages aligned with our brand and business goals
- Understands and captures business requirements; identifies process needs
- Engages in discussions with business users
- Facilitates feedback mechanisms and usability studies for continuous enhancement
- Trains business users on updating their pages
- Collaborates with IT and Portal Vendor for issue resolution
- Supports end users in problem-solving and maximizing Portal utility
- Assists in managing Vendor relationships, documenting improvements, and setting priorities
- Facilitates integrations between global Content Management System (Box) and global HR Solution (Oracle Cloud HCM)
- Configures the Employee Portal and oversees Box Folder structure
- Provides support to 100 Content Admins - training, issue resolution, and complex configurations
- Conducts usability tests and gathers feedback for design enhancements
- Performs testing (e.g., system upgrades) and resolves issues
- Other duties as needed
- Offers data and analysis support within the HRIS team, focusing on automation where possible
- Identifies crucial business inquiries and data requirements
- Creates customized reports and statistical analyses of employee data
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Hold a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Web Design, or equivalent
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience working with large automated HR systems
- Proficient in HTML and web design
- Preferred experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, Reporting solutions, and other HRIS platforms
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel
- Additional HR experience is a plus for supporting/improving HR processes
- Excellent writing and editing abilities with attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach and enthusiasm for learning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex issues
- Good organizational skills, including multitasking and prioritization
- Team player with collaborative work style
- Effective interpersonal skills to engage with all levels of management and employees
