What to expect


As a Product Manager in the Product team reporting into the VP, Product, you will play a key role in ensuring that Verto delivers innovative healthcare solutions to the market.

You will also support our clients to sustainably deliver on ambitious goals that transform healthcare while supporting the quality dimensions of the Quintuple Aim.


You will help to lead and grow the product and our product team by establishing a strong product vision, roadmap and processes that align with and support Verto's strategic product goals.

You will provide value to the organization by guiding the direction of the product and features to support market and client value and the realization of Verto's visionary product roadmap and effectively communicating and enabling client and internal stakeholders.


Responsibilities:


  • Product Strategy
  • Define target markets, ideal client profiles, goto market and client adoption strategies that support both market and revenue growth and customer success
  • Identify, assess and manage thirdparty partnerships and product integrations
  • Employ a usercentered approach for product to inform and support product adoption and growth and client success
  • Product Release Planning, Execution and Launch
  • Translate product roadmap into prioritized release plans and define product requirements a variety of forms including lean Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), workflows, epics and stories
  • Oversee and/or manage the delivery of product plans according to Verto product and SDLC processes, managing Product Analysts and coordinating across crossfunctional teams from ideation through design, development and release readiness.
  • Plan, and coordinate release launch and rollout activities in coordination in collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment of the product and client adoption
  • Product Operations
  • Ensure products and product operations adhere to relevant healthcare regulatory requirements, corporate certifications (ISO, SOC II) and best practices
  • Act as Product SME to internal and external stakeholder for questions, triage and escalations related to product capabilities, roadmap and plans. Plan and manage issue resolution according to established Verto processes
  • Ensure that product materials and artifacts are delivered and maintained at a high level of quality and professional standards
  • Plan and manage product certification programs
Qualifications, knowledge and experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical and/or healthcare field or equivalent practical experience
  • 4+ years of product management experience with enterprise level digital health solutions, or healthcare technology/industry
  • 4+ years experience working in crossfunctional product delivery and implementation teams with preference for direct experience working in Agile environments
  • Demonstrated understanding of technical, operational and regulatory requirements in digital health.
  • Demonstrated experience leading product development from ideation to launch
  • Demonstrated leadership, management, organization and communication skills

  • Ability to work with both external and internal stakeholders
  • Public speaking, presentation, facilitation or stakeholder engagement experience including development and delivery of agendas, materials and presentations
  • Ability to clearly and succinctly communicate through a variety of mediums which has been demonstrated through experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Performance driven with ability to meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
  • Willingness to learn with a teamoriented attitude
  • Familiarity with G-Suite, Microsoft Office, Mac OS
  • Holistic systemthinker capable of balancing client needs, risk management and team capacity
  • Affinity for execution plans, knowledge management and smooth processes
