Description

As a Financial Analyst, you will be assisting the Manager of Finance, working with the Corporate Accounting team.

Bachelor or Diploma in Commerce, Accounting or equivalent experience.
Enrolled in a professional accounting program is an asset
Previous analytical, forecasting, reporting and project support is required.
Previous accounting and advanced level computer system use required.

Advanced Excel skills

PivotTables, VLookup is Required
Experience with daytoday financial activities to ensure compliance with established guidelines and processes.
Support the development and implementation of a collaborative and streamlined approach to financial management to ensure controllership and accountability.
Experience with selection, implementation, development, and use of computerized accounting, spreadsheet, word processing and database systems
Knowledge of Provincial and Federal Tax, Housing and Care legislation affecting the operations of Ontario based Canadian notforProfit organizations and charities providing care, accommodation and associated services to seniors is an asset.
Excellent oral and written command of the English language.
