Required Qualifications:

Mandatory: Valid Basic Security Training (BST)
license:


  • Mandatory: OFA2 Certification(Occupational First Aid Level 2):
  • Must be able to commit _
    fulltime work with flexible availability (Weekday and Weekends)_

Advanced Security Training (AST) is an additional asset

Reliable Car with valid Driving License_


Required skills:


  • Ability to work in a busy environment and able to patrol on foot for hours
  • Ability to lift 15 lb
  • Ability to work alone and handle difficult situations and conversations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to make quick decision to deescalate the difficult situations
  • Maintaining professionalism all the time at the job site with excellent customer service

Responsibilities:


  • Monitoring and patrolling the site
  • Maintain safety of property, assets, and people
  • Log in Credentials/license plates/visitor information as required
  • Securing site/fleet by putting locks as required
  • CCTV Surveillance as required
