Client Service Representative

Overview Of Position:

As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for liaising with TCR's clients.

You will be the point of contact for receiving and sending correspondence and to assist clients with any issues and questions that arise.

You will interact with all levels of management at the organization and therefore must maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Excellent communication and organizational skills are a must along with providing excellent customer service.

This is an onsite position, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm. We are located at 225 Yorkland Boulevard, Toronto ON. This is the Don Mills area/by the Fairview Mall. We are TTC accessible.


Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensuring client and TCR directives are followed
  • Responding to inquiries and providing information to senior employees and clients (ex. account information requests, backup requests, closure requests, hold requests, CSR requests, etc.)
  • Compiling, verifying, and recording information
  • Creating, reviewing, and updating policies and procedures according to TCR protocols
  • Reviewing audit requests from clients, delegating tasks as applicable, following up for responses and answering questions as required to obtain completed audit documents in a timely manner
  • Preparing, updating, and retrieving data for reporting purposes
  • Monitoring contracts
  • Other duties as assigned by Client Services Supervisor or C.I.S.O

Requirements:


  • Clear criminal background check
  • Eligible to work in Canada
  • Clear credit check
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize a high volume of tasks and competing priorities
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changes well
  • Able to work well within a team environment
  • Ability to work well under pressure and function efficiently in a fastpaced, highdemand environment
