What you'll be doing


We are looking for motivated Fraud Specialist will be responsible for analyzing and monitoring various form of suspicious to identify possible fraud risks.


  • Answer inbound telephone enquiries
  • Analyze transaction trends to identify fraudulent behaviors
  • Successfully communicate both verbally and writing with fraud victims
  • Remain current with fraud trends and industry best practices
  • Meet qualitative and quantitative targets
  • Assess current processes and identify opportunities to enhance controls and reduce exposure

How you'll be great at this

  • Ability to proficiently complete all required activities within predetermined SLA
  • Ability to build strong sense of teamwork and/or work autonomously
  • Solid listening skills
  • Display a solid understanding of Microsoft Office product suite
  • Ability to demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Multitasking is a huge plus
  • Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for improvement
  • Demonstrate strict adherence to banking regulations and internal policies

Salary:
$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week


Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
