Horizon Health Network (Horizon) is seeking an experienced, organised,motivated, and detail-orientedindividual to join our team as a Facilities Engineering & Property Management Manager . The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in Managing a multitude of Trade disciplines. Must be a Licensed Tradesperson with a Provincial Certificate of Qualification issued under the Apprenticeship and Occupational Certification Act. Knowledge of automated Building Management Systems, Preventative Maintenance Software, mechanical aptitude with strong leadership skills.

Who you are
You have worked in Building Maintenance Management, Engineering or Construction Industry for a minimum of 5 years. You have experience in Project Management, Workflow scheduling, Budget preparations, Capital Equipment Procurement, Infrastructure Improvement Planning and Preventative Maintenance programs. You have a high proficiency level in Microsoft Office applications.
You are a licensed tradesperson, and you possess a Red Seal designation or Provincial Certificate of Qualification issued under the Apprenticeship and Occupational Certification Act.
Written and spoken competence in English is required at an advanced level.
