Responsibilities:

Troubleshooting difficult site situations.
Assessing any pricing change orders.
Creating and updating project schedules and milestones.
Working with the Health & Safety Manager to implement new policies as needed and consulting on safety issues on sites.
Procuring project materials and consulting on supplier pricing, quality, and service levels.
Ensuring that Summit Cladding systems has the manpower and equipment it needs to successfully meet the demands of the workload.
Sourcing subcontractors and allocating work to them should it be required.
Ensuring the milestones of each project are successfully met.
Analyzing back end costs and offering relevant estimating feedback.

Experience/Qualifications

5 years of project management experience, preferably in the construction/cladding industry
Class 5 Drivers License
Strong leadership qualities
Strong negotiation skills
Keen eye for details
Strong analytical aptitude and problemsolving skills
Deadline and detail oriented
Experience working with Excel
