The needs for every role are different but on average, you will be together with your colleagues at least once per week, with our leadership team in office three to four days weekly to be present for their teams.

About the role

Your schedule:

Evening schedule, Monday to Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., with a Saturday in rotation out of - As a bonus, all your shifts will be enhanced by a 6% evening bonus and we guarantee you a daytime schedule after 12 months on the job_


What you bring to the table:

  • You are bilingual (French & English) or unilingual French
  • You are a natural communicator and know how to listen and empathize with people
  • You are techsavvy and comfortable working between different systems
  • You can multitask and stay cool under pressure
  • You have a high school diploma + three years of fulltime customer service experience in Canada; OR
  • You have a university degree or college diploma; OR
  • You have your AEC in P&C insurance; OR
  • You have experience and/or education outlined above, but it was obtained outside of Canada. In this case, you will need to complete an equivalency evaluation from MIFI

As a permanent Sales professional with our team, you will be an expert in simplifying insurance for both current and potential customers.

For both inbound and outbound calls, you'll listen to people's insurance needs and let them know their options and associated benefits in a way that's easy to understand.
