Job summary
The Project Manager is responsible for planning coordinating and managing landscape construction projects while ensuring safety quality timelines and profitability.Manage multiple landscape construction projects simultaneously from kickoff to completion Develop project schedules budgets and work plans Coordinate crews equipment materials and subcontractors Conduct site visits to monitor progress quality and safety compliance Communicate regularly with clients regarding timelines changes and expectations Review project drawings specifications and contracts Track costs change orders and project documentation Resolve on-site issues provide leadership to field staff Ensure projects are completed on time within scope and within budget
