Job Description Summary:

Are you a strategic people leader passionate about learning? This is your chance to lead a team of learning systems professionals responsible for delivering a seamless experience of our core learning systems, ensuring effective and efficient delivery of learning systems data while maintaining the highest level of data security and integrity across all platforms.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Workplace Learning Institute, you will support the vision, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of STEMCELL's core learning systems, including STEMLearn and Enable Now in line with our strategic vision of Workplace Learning

Duties and Responsibilities

Establishing and leading the achievement of annual goals for a team of learning systems professionals (inclusive of learning systems helpdesk team) who are responsible for delivering a seamless experience in using our core learning systems (especially STEMLearn/Docebo)
Execute and support the development of strategic plans, roadmaps, and business cases in collaboration with business partners and other technology leaders that align with STEMCELL's vision for learning technology and/or innovative solutions in other areas of the business that rely on learning data
Research market and industry trends in learning systems and recommend strategies, new functionality, or technology based on findings
Maintain HR's data governance policies in relation to data collected in STEMCELL's learning systems and perform regular audits to ensure that governance principles are understood and followed
Lead efforts for new technology and evaluation from initial assessments to final recommendation; responsible for fullcycle project management of learning technology implementations
Develop and report on key performance indicators that measure the effectiveness, efficiency and accuracy of our learning systems; provides insights to the rest of the STEMCELL's learning community and Workplace Learning team to generate discussion, innovation, planning and decision making to solve complex technology challenges and ensure Workplace learning processes and practices are global, effective, and scalable

Knowledge and Qualifications

68 years of progressive online learning systems administration experience; 5+ years of leading the successful delivery of learning systems teams or implementations
Experience working in a fastpaced, global company
Experience with Learning Management Systems (Docebo preferred)
Expert Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills (G-Suite experience preferred)
