The Wyant Group is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Events Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis for a duration of 3 months, with the potential for extension.

As the Social Media and Events Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence across various digital platforms and coordinating engaging events to promote our dealership.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage and execute social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic to our dealership.
  • Create compelling and visually appealing content including reels, posts, and videos that resonate with our target audience.
  • Utilize Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics to track performance metrics, analyze data, and optimize social media campaigns accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative social media campaigns and promotions.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and engage with followers to foster positive relationships and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute dealership events, including but not limited to test drive events, product launches, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Ensure seamless execution of events by coordinating logistics, managing vendors, and overseeing onsite activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in social media marketing and event management.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in social media management and event coordination, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other social media management tools.
  • Strong content creation skills, including graphic design, and video editing
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and interact effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings and weekends as needed for events.
