Guest Services Supervisor - Brantford, Canada - Best Western Brantford Hotel & Conference Centre
Description
Looking for a person that is committed to working anytime with no restrictions. Must be able to work 40 hours per week.Directly supervise all front office personnel and ensure proper completion of all front office duties. Directs and coordinates the activities of the front desk, reservations, guest services and telephone areas. Proactively resolves guest issues.
Shifts will be mostly afternoon/evenings till midnight and weekends
