We believe that people are the true pillars of our success and that our employees are our most important asset. We are currently looking for an IVF Team Supervisor in our Boviteq division located in St-Hyacinthe.

The incumbent of this position is responsible for the day-to-day management of the operations of the IVF team.
He ensures that the activities are in line with the required quality standards, with a view to maximizing the production of embryos.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Plan and coordinate the activities of the IVF production team
Analyze data, produce and assume the presentation of activity reports according to key performance indicators
Collaborate with the Research and Innovation and Continuous Improvement team on the implementation of new technologies
Support efficient production by managing inventories, equipment maintenance plans and human resources
Ensure the daily supervision of staff by maintaining a productive work environment

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

University degree in biotechnology (BAC) or any other related field or the equivalent in experience
Three (3) years' experience in a production laboratory, in embryology an asset
Experience in personnel management, an asset
Leadership, autonomy, teamwork and concern for good communication
Problem solving, results driven
