Main Duties:
- Responsible for building and maintaining positive working relationships with our customers as well as internally within all teams.
- Liaise with customers regarding discrepancies in orders/releases, communicate scheduled deliveries, prepare and dispute customer point deductions following customer's required format
- Communicate daily with Scheduling, Production, Quality and Shipping to ensure that customer requests are met.
- Assure consistent, timely and accurate entry of customer's orders and release changes through to shipment of finished goods.
- Prepare sales invoices, accept payments and follow up to ensure bank transfers.
- Prepare related reports for internal and external audits such as CFIA, Certificate of Analysis, Expiry Date/ Lot Code information, BOL's and ASN's
- Coordinate with production and shipping regarding merchandise delivery dates while issuing and controlling Seals.
- Operate computerized inventory record keeping and ordering systems.
- Conduct sales transactions through Internetbased electronic commerce.
- Generate AP& AR finance reports and other outputs.
- Receive invoices and track / match purchase orders and receipts.
- Process payments, taxes, etc. after obtaining designated approvals.
- Retain accounts receivable & accounts payable records.
- Provide AP/Finance information as required (i.e. Auditors)
- Understand the AP functions, key policies, and standard operating procedures.
- 6 months contract
Required Education & Experience:
- University Degree: Accounting Economics or Commerce
- 13 years of related experience; excellent analytical skills; strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Intermediate to Advanced excel skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Fluency in both written & spoken English.
