We are hiring for a dynamic, goal-oriented individual who is excited at the idea of working on the integration of business and technical entitlements with access management controls.

_IAM Technical Business Analyst_

Who you are:

5+ years of experience working as a Technical Business Analyst, or in a similar role, in the identity and access management space.
Worked on projects using Agile methodologies and Jira.
Strong understanding of technical entitlements and technical infrastructure.
Integrated business and technical entitlements with access management controls.
Excellent project planning and time management skills.
Experienced in reporting project status to other project members and stakeholders.
A persistent, confident, and driven individual who isn't afraid to follow up with various personas, tracking down key stakeholders independently.

What you will do:

Drive identity and access management project delivery to ensure timelines are being met.
Work with key stakeholders to define detailed identity and access management requirements and groom user stories.
Integrate business and technical entitlements with access management controls.
Ensure testing is completed end to end.
Confirm that controls can be operated and supported by the production management teams.
Provide status updates/reporting to various stakeholders and senior management.

It would be awesome if you had the following:

Proficiency in AWS, Azure, and Active Directory.
Familiarity with Rally.
Project management experience.
