Job Summary

The Night Audit Supervisor is a key position, ensuring exceptional guest service during the overnight hours and is responsible for assisting guests with their overnight requests as well as balancing all accounts from the day shift. They check in guests arriving late at night, checkout guests departing early in the morning, handle guest requests and take reservations._

Responsibilities and Duties
Greet guests upon arrival, check them in / out and provide them with any information they need to enjoy their stay

Process invoices, post checks to vendors and distribute employee checks

Respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies

Reconcile all accounts in a timely manner

Verify that all EOD work has been performed by other departments

Schedule guest wake-up calls and reservations for the following day

General Public Area Cleaning

General F&B preparation and deliveries when requested by guests

Respond to guest inquiries, concerns and complaints as needed

Qualifications and Skills
Mandatory Strong verbal and written communication skills in the English language

Ability to multi-task

Self-Starter comfortable working alone

Knowledge of Microsoft Office, emphasis on Excel

Professional appearance and demeanor

Desirable
Basic Accounting Knowledge
