- Graduate of an accredited Level II Dental Assisting Program
- Current License to practice Dental Assisting in Saskatchewan
- Successful completion of Gingival Retraction Cord Module
- Min. 2 years recent and relevant dental assisting experience in a dental office
- Comprehensive knowledge of current gingival retraction cord principles and techniques
- Recent experience in teaching gingival retraction cord skills or in a clinical environment
- Ability to apply adult education principles
- Strong computer skills
- Preference to current Saskatchewan Polytechnic faculty
- Demonstrates valuing diversity
