Summary:

_**As a Sustainability Controller, you will work across the entire business segment and your tasks will be varied.

Your focus will be to manage the development of Dometic's sustainability reporting and collaborate with multiple stakeholders regarding sustainability data.

You will work closely with different functions, such as health & safety, manufacturing, and HR to validate data quality and develop the analyses and insights for a deeper understanding of the performance of your segment across the sustainability area.


To emphasize how important a long-term sustainable approach is to our business and future growth, Dometic has three sustainability KPIs; share of female leaders, CO2 emission reduction and reduction of LTIFR as part of our bonus criteria for key executives within the Group.

Timely and high-quality data is crucial to determine target achievement and more importantly, ensure fact-based decisions for further improvements of our business as a whole.


Together with functional experts in your segment as the Group Sustainability Controller, you will be a key contributor to further develop our sustainability reporting processes and tools, you will give internal training and support, as well as monitor new global and regional standards to ensure timely and credible data to stakeholders.


_ Main responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and credible data & information to stakeholders for internal and external reporting and decision making
  • Develop processes, guidelines, and training to support seamless reporting in the segments and group
  • Maintain and further develop environmental, GHG, HR/people, and ethics reporting
  • Set up the processes needed to enable reporting according to the EU taxonomy and the new upcoming European sustainability reporting standards (ESRS) for your segment over the next few years
  • Together with colleagues in the other segments and on the Group level, align reporting global reporting frameworks and standards and monitor development of new legal requirements
  • Work closely with the Sustainability Officer, Group Sustainability Controller, and Head of EH&S
  • Onboard newly acquired entities

Requirements:


_ Qualifications and experience:

_


  • A university degree in accounting & finance or equivalent education
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sustainability reporting and implementation of reporting frameworks
  • Experience in sustainability reporting frameworks and standards, such as GRI, EU taxonomy, TCFD, SBTi
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Experience of working as a consultant is desired
  • Experience from an international productbased business is a strong plus
  • Excellent English skills, both verbal and in writing
  • A strong, collaborative, and inspiring communicator who is able to influence and coach business leaders to prioritize this important area
