Job Title:
Customer Care Coordinator

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Coordinator.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the homeowner journey, from post-purchase to post-warranty periods.

Your primary focus will be to address homeowner inquiries, coordinate customer care activities, and efficiently manage warranty administration tasks.

Key Accountabilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to homeowner inquiries, providing accurate and comprehensive information.
Coordinate with internal departments to meet homeowner needs and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Conduct regular site visits to address homeowner concerns and ensure satisfaction.
Manage warranty administration tasks, including tracking, followup, and coordination with relevant teams.
Assist in creating reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators.
Act as an advocate for homeowners, escalating complaints and ensuring timely resolutions.
Maintain records of warrantyrelated activities and update homeowner documentation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational abilities and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Selfmotivated and proactive problem solver.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Location:8501 Mississauga Rd, Brampton, ON

Schedule:
Monday to Friday 9A.M. to 5P.M.
