Job Summary:

The Program Management team is building a Center of Excellence for campaign execution within the Ceridian marketing team. We are looking for a detail-oriented, motivated, and collaborative intern to join our team as Marketing Coordinator.

Each intern will report to the Manager, Marketing Campaigns, work closely with our Campaign Management team, and be responsible for coordinating and executing on various aspects of marketing campaigns.

This collaborative role will also work closely with the Marketing Operations team, providing a wide range of exposure to marketing campaign execution.

Additionally, rotational assignments within the marketing team will expose interns to the various aspects of demand generation.


Primary Responsibilities:

Provide support and assistance on marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet the target objectives

  • Assist Campaign Managers with campaign execution to keep programs on track
  • Format and upload marketing lists to the Marketo database, ensuring accurate, and complete data
  • Serve as a point of contact for campaign approvals, working closely with Design, Content, and Legal teams
  • Prepare and maintain operations documents, guides, and templates
  • Assist with the creation of Marketing campaign performance reports to help make improvements
  • Assist Campaign Manager and team with other duties as required

  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities with the skills to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure successful interactions and strong working relationships across marketing teams
  • Ability to understand data and analytics to help inform decisions
  • Working towards Bachelor's degree. Preferably in Business, Marketing, or related field

  • Knowledge of Marketing Automation platforms: Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot
  • Online project management tools: Asana, Trello, Smartsheet, Wrike, Monday
