    Responsibilities
    What will you do?

    • Support the delivery of the product roadmap and quarterly plans to provide an elevated and truly global employee experience that is powered by Digital
    • Contribute to agile change methodology and delivery governance within P&C Digital, grounded in the principles of the company's change methodology
    • Support the Enabling Hiring Product with holistic change management strategies, tailored to short and longterm product roadmaps
    • Understand the design of the endtoend current and future state journeys for stakeholder persona groups impacted by transition
    • Create, manage, and iterate on an informed, integrated, crossfunctional agile change plan supporting product management in the Talent Acquisition landscape
    • Assess and recommend a holistic learning strategy to support the global Talent Acquisition team
    • Effectively partner and communicate with all relevant global business stakeholders to manage expectations and address concerns throughout transition
    • Conduct change impact assessments and proactively identify, track, and mitigate resistance to change
    • Identify any changerelated risks or opportunities and raise these to the Product Manager or appropriate work lead with recommended mitigation steps
    • Produce and deliver integrated change engagement, communication, and training plans
    • Produce strategic change communications as required
    • Design and conduct assessments to evaluate readiness, adoption, and overall business outcomes
    Qualifications

    • 35 years of change management experience, ideally in an agile environment
    • 35 years creating and delivering against engagement, communications, and training plans
    • Fluency with ADKAR or PROSCI methodologies and at least one major framework for how to scale change management for an agile environment
    • Fluency and experience delivering change in a Talent Acquisition context an advantage Fluency in core agile values, mindset, methods, roles including Scrum, Kanban
    • Flexibility and organizational skills to manage change across multiple epics, and independently prioritize and escalate issues when necessary
    • Demonstrated problem solving and relationship management experience
    • Proven ability to meet deadlines and operating under tight time constraints with a strong sense of urgency
    • Expert communication skills: verbal, written, negotiation and presentation
    • Must be able to communicate technical and change management concepts in businessoriented terms
    • Ability to flex between strategic and tactical mindsets
