Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to endusers on various hardware and software issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems.
  • Provide technical assistance and training to endusers.
  • Respond to help desk requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of technical support requests and resolutions.
  • Participate in IT projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is required.
  • Availability to travel occasionally to other Western Division locations.
