Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to endusers on various hardware and software issues.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems.
- Provide technical assistance and training to endusers.
- Respond to help desk requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Document and maintain accurate records of technical support requests and resolutions.
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is required.
- Availability to travel occasionally to other Western Division locations.
