The sales Coordinator, based in Montreal, will provide support to the sales team and customers during the sales process, act as a liaison between internal Montreal and Toronto offices and help maintain an efficient work environment.

The role involves supporting the sales team in reaching sales targets, building and maintaining client relationships, preparing for customer meetings and staying up to date with the latest sales trends and best practices.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide sales and administrative support to the sales team and customers during the sales process.
  • Help customers resolve salesrelated issues in a timely manner, generally providing realtime support.
  • Act as a crucial internal Montreal/Toronto office liaison.
  • Communicate effectively with Sales Manager and clients to maintain existing relationships and build new ones.
  • Support the sales team in attaining sales targets.
  • Assist in the preparation and attendance of customer meetings and prepare showrooms and related sales presentation pages.
  • Maintain an efficient work environment while contributing to the overall success of the organization.
  • Coordinate and respond to all requests for internal meetings.
  • Assist in implementing the sales strategy as prepared by the Sales event manager.
  • Manage the Brand Folder, ensuring updated catalogues, price lists & images and hangtags information.
  • Stay up to date with the latest sales trends and best practices.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports.

Education and Experience:

  • College business degree or equivalent
  • Experience with Shopify and JDE
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Excel skills is an asset

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal, in English and French.
  • Detailoriented aptitude.
  • Passion for sales and a desire to always excel.
  • Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player but able to work autonomously.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
