We are excited to be recruiting for Line Cooks at SMITH Restaurant, within our amazing property, Inn at the Forks.


Inn at the Forks is a sleek and stylish hotel set in The Forks historic site with guest rooms that feature a modern design, and some suites have waterfront views.

SMITH is a contemporary restaurant featuring locally sourced ingredients, and Riverstone Spa is a full-service spa, both located within the hotel.


Duties:


  • Maintain a high-quality product in a very fast-paced line cooking environment.
  • Preparation of produce and protein.
  • Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of equipment and food storage areas.
  • Proper rotation and storage of food and cleaning supplies
  • Open to learning new techniques and ideas. Also bring creativity to the kitchen.

What you bring to the table:

  • At least 2-3 years of direct culinary experience in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive and hardworking attitude
  • Ability to effectively communicate with team members.
  • The ability to stay focused in a high volume, fast paced industry and ensure accuracy and procedures are followed.

Job Type:
Part-time


Salary:
$16.00-$17.00 per hour
