Role Definition
Assist in the processes to prepare, review, book, and fund financial transactions.


Responsibilities

  • Collecting and checking documents, such as corporate documents and signing authority documentation, to ensure legal enforceability.
  • Ensuring transactions are correctly documented and booked correctly into the system of record.
  • Supporting and coordinating workflow for the funding processes.
  • Generating regular and adhoc reports of the fund administration and distributing to dealers and vendors.

Degree or equivalent experience desired
