As a laboratory assistant, you're analytical, detail-oriented, and organized. You are interested in the challenge and variety of performing lab collections in various settings.

Working in collaboration with co-workers, other health professionals, physicians, and patients, you will solve problems and ensure a smooth, timely workflow.

You can comfortably work independently and in a group setting, and will be able to manage vehicle maintenance, including scheduled service, when operationally required.

Description:


As a Medical Laboratory Assistant I, you will provide high quality service to clients of the clinical laboratory in an effective, efficient and safe manner.

You will be responsible for a variety of laboratory functions including procurement, handling, processing, dispatching and testing of specimens, performing procedures and reporting results.
