- Établir et mettre à jour les procédures de lavage des équipements;
- Optimiser les procédures de lavage (eau, temps produits chimiques, énergie, rejets)
- Participer aux analyses de causes et à l'élaboration de plans de mesures correctives;
- Collaborer avec le fournisseur de produits chimiques et anti-parasitaire;
- Faire le suivi du programme de calibration des équipements d'usine
- S'assurer de la formation des employés sur l'utilisation des produits chimiques et les procédures de lavage
- Développer et exécuter le programme d'entretien des locaux (hauteur, ventilation) et de validation;
- Contribuer au programme de gestion environnementale en auditant la procédure de disposition des déchets et en étant responsable de l'élimination de certaines matières dangereuses
- Baccalauréat en Sciences et technologie des aliments / Food Science ou équivalent
- Diplôme d'études collégiales ou BAC en transformation des aliments / Diplôme d'études collégiales en techniques de diététique ou équivalent ;
- Minimum de 5 années d'expériences dans un poste similaire;
- Expérience en production alimentaire ou pharmaceutique;
- Bilingue Français et anglais (oral, écrit) afin de remplir rapports;
- Connaissance du logiciel SAP un atout.
