Responsible for adhering to the BMS Construction Management documentation
Ensure all site activities are performed in a safe, environmentally responsible manner with integrity and quality delivering Wood HSSE targets
Promote Wood safety standards
Promote Wood Core Values
Provide leadership in addressing safety objectives for all Construction Management activities
Responsible for assessing effectiveness of working practices and systems with a view to continuously improving systems, personal and team performance
Provide Construction Method Statements and input to FEED study documents
Deliver Construction input from project kickoff through to system handover
Conduct surveys and generate reports
Coordinate resources to execute the work scopes
Review design documents and provide Constructability input
Input to HAZIDs / HAZOPs as required (Construction Management Manager to appoint a suitable person / delegate)
Conduct Constructability / Readiness reviews (Construction manager to appoint suitable person / delegate
Performance managing the Construction Management teams at fabrication/Construction sites
Attend client and project specific meetings
Management of progress efficiency
Support individual development within the Construction Management function
More than 20 years experience as a Construction Manager or similar role within Oil & Gas is considered an asset
PMP designation is an asset
Trades certification an asset
Professional communication
Well versed with Microsoft Office Suite
