    Job Title: Manager, Engineering Structures Design

    As the Manager of the Structures and Integration team, you will oversee a group of Aerostructure Designers and Integrators, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive projects forward.

    What you'll bring to the table:

    • Lead a team of Integration specialists responsible for designing Bombardier's product portfolio
    • Collaborate with internal and external partners
    • Manage the Engineering Statement of Work and budget
    • Conduct performance reviews and participate in recruitment efforts
    • Ensure effective communication and decision-making
    • Support and develop employees to achieve their goals
    • Implement Best Project Practices and support issue resolution

    Qualifications for success:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. Aerospace experience preferred
    • Minimum 20 years of aerospace project experience with supervisory roles
    • Knowledge of design tools, MRB, and manufacturing methods
    • Strong leadership and people management skills
    • Pro-active and results-driven mindset
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
    • Fluency in English and French
