As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Videographer to join our team and lead us into an exciting phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative strategies to achieve marketing objectives
• Produce a consistent pipeline of videos for paid social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube)
• Analyze results and leverage data to enhance creative performance
• Own UGC (user generated content) projects including finding creators, briefing, communicating, and reviewing final shots
• Conduct market research and stay up to date on social content best practices
• Work collaboratively with other team members to understand the needs of each client
• Plan, film, and edit corporate training and branded videos
• Manage and organize digital files, ensuring easy access and retrieval

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a videographer and digital content producer
• Proficient in video editing software such as Premiere or similar
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and coordinate several projects simultaneously
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently
• Strong understanding of social media advertising best practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Problem solver and fast learner
• Valid Driver's License required
• A passion for innovation and a commitment to driving change in the industry

Bonus Points:

• Personal videography equipment is not required but considered an asset
• Experience in drone filming, with a valid drone operating license
• Experience in performance marketing and conversion rate optimization

Salary:
$50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
