This is not your typical driver job Titanium Ford is looking for four pick up and delivery drivers We are planning to offer a pick up and delivery service to our customers when they service their vehicles. You should have a clean BC drivers license record. You should be responsible, well spoken and presentable as you will be in contact with our Titanium customers. You will be customer service oriented and motivated. You will be the face of Titanium Ford

Titanium Valet Service Specialist Job Description

Co-Ordinates with the Appointment Co-Ordinator and the Service Advisor to facilitate a smooth Pick up and Delivery service to our customers

Uses the Red Cap pick up and delivery service App for scheduling

Checks vehicles at pick up and delivery to avoid issues around damage

Hands off and transfers information to the Service Advisor

As the face of the dealership. Provides a pleasant, professional experience that the customer will remember

Confirms that the customer is satisfied at delivery and reminds them of the Ford Survey

Provides relevant information about the customer and the Dealership and provides referrals

How does the customer feel

Is the customer happy

Has the customer expressed interest in a new vehicle

Keeps track of the repair status with the Advisor

Helps with fleet and Sales Dept deliveries
Some outbound calling and appointment confirmation will be required. A pleasant phone manner and keen customer service skills are a must.
