Cranston Homes is a residential construction company, looking for an experienced Office Administrative Assistant.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Office Administrative Assistant has the following roles and responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office and projects:
Work closely with drafters on creating and editing house plans:

Support for site supervisors:
-
Assist with work orders for building projects and uploading them on to BuilderTrend:
Maintain (upload, manage, maintain) BuilderTrend documents and forms:
Office Administrative Assistant Skills & Qualifications:
Be familiar with the residential construction processes:
Experience working for a home building company considered an asset:
Familiar with the BuilderTrend program is an asset:
Proficient computer skills (most importantly Excel) and ability to operate general office equipment:

Excellent time management skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in an office setting:
Strong initiative and the ability to work with mínimal supervision:
