Cranston Homes is a residential construction company, looking for an experienced Office Administrative Assistant.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Office Administrative Assistant has the following roles and responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office and projects:

Work closely with drafters on creating and editing house plans:

Support for site supervisors:

Assist with work orders for building projects and uploading them on to BuilderTrend:


  • Maintain (upload, manage, maintain) BuilderTrend documents and forms:

Office Administrative Assistant Skills & Qualifications:


  • Be familiar with the residential construction processes:
-
Experience working for a home building company considered an asset:


  • Familiar with the BuilderTrend program is an asset:
-
Proficient computer skills (most importantly Excel) and ability to operate general office equipment:

-
Excellent time management skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills:


  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in an office setting:

Strong initiative and the ability to work with mínimal supervision:


  • Attention to detail
