YOUR MISSION.

  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Perform key project management tasks (defining objectives, stakeholder management, resource allocation, effort/budget tracking, risk management, documentation management, etc.).
Data Privacy Portion

  • Perform comprehensive assessments of data processing activities to identify and mitigate privacy risks.
  • Work closely with the legal team to develop, implement and maintain policies, procedures and documentation related to data protection.
  • Keep abreast of emerging technological trends and their potential impact on data protection.
  • Monitor training programs to raise employee awareness of data protection requirements.
  • Participate in the development of incident management plans and provide support in the event of data breaches or security incidents.

YOUR UNIQUE EXPERTISE

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
  • College or university degree in law, computer science, business administration, information systems or related field.
  • Experience in data protection, including RGPD or other relevant regulations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in French and English.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A proactive personality and a strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Atlassian Suite (an asset).
  • Autonomy, rigor and the ability to maintain excellent interpersonal relations.
