About the role

As Change Management Specialist, you will Lead the development and implementation of change management strategies that maximize the adoption of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and related technologies in First Nations primary care clinics, community health centres and nursing stations.

This position partners with the eHealth Managers and Project Managers to drive technology utilization and proficiency by clinicians and ancillary workers in the health centres, community health centers and nursing stations.

The change management will be at provider level as well as those ancillary workers in the health centers.


About you

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in a business or health care discipline.

Occupational Certification

  • Prosci Change Management certification.

Experience

  • 25 years of experience in change management related to the implementation of digital transformation initiatives.

Knowledge

  • Knowledge of change management and quality improvement methodologies, techniques and tools.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Knowledge of the Canadian health care system.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with community, executive leadership and external vendors.
