Description:
Develop wireframes, and website design and prototypes for Pediatric rehab program across our digital properties. Create, publish and implement template using an enterprise level CMS including developing HTML and supporting CSS to create page layouts and content that are both engaging, accessible, and responsive. Aligns projects with business objectives, constructing detailed work plans, achieving milestones, and communicating the results.Build and maintain new and established relationships with client groups across the project. Productive, collaborative relationships are key to creating online solutions that meet the needs of the end users.Collect insights from end-users (parents and caregivers) using analytics, usability research and help refine and improve the designs. Work with MHA content team and pediatric rehab team to refine and define content architecture to improve findability and accessibility of the content.
Required Qualifications:A diploma or degree in web design, user experience, multimedia and/or communications (or equivalent).Minimum of five years practical experience in web design and user centered design approachSolid understanding of responsive design and mobile standards.Solid understanding of web user experience and design patterns, including industry best practicesAbility to create and/or adapt design, including wireframes and visual mock-ups, based on complex requirements.Understanding and experience with interaction design, information architecture and user research methods and tools.Able to Identify and evaluate potential opportunities to improve existing web, apps, mobile and interactive designs.Ensure development of consistent user experience across all areas of the website.Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills with the ability to present to a variety of audiences, and mentor other members of the web team.Proven interpersonal skills, client relations skills and ability to work in a multi-stakeholder and multi-team environment.
Additional Required Qualifications:Strong project management skills including measuring project performance using appropriate project management tools, aligning projects with business objectives, constructing detailed work plans, achieving milestones, and communicating the results.Facilitation skills.
