Reporting to the manager, you will:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Coordinate daily administrative operations by organizing workload priorities
- Manage and schedule daily appointments
- Ensure the efficient and correct preparation and processing of documents in accordance with appropriate policies and procedures
- Update and maintain the company's real estate database
- Tracking and communicating information related to lease expiry and renewal
- Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail
- Proof read own and others material
- Type documents, reports and correspondence
- Fax, scan and copy documents
- Monitor and maintain office supplies
- Maintain appropriate filing systems
- Maintain strict confidentiality at all times
- Other general office and administrative duties as required
Requirements:
- Over 3 years experience in Administrative Assistant position
- Strong administration and data entry experience
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English
- Ability and desire to work effectively as a team member
- Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, in particular MS Excel
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
