Description

Reporting to the manager, you will:

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Coordinate daily administrative operations by organizing workload priorities
  • Manage and schedule daily appointments
  • Ensure the efficient and correct preparation and processing of documents in accordance with appropriate policies and procedures
  • Update and maintain the company's real estate database
  • Tracking and communicating information related to lease expiry and renewal
  • Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail
  • Proof read own and others material
  • Type documents, reports and correspondence
  • Fax, scan and copy documents
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies
  • Maintain appropriate filing systems
  • Maintain strict confidentiality at all times
  • Other general office and administrative duties as required

Requirements:


  • Over 3 years experience in Administrative Assistant position
  • Strong administration and data entry experience
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English
  • Ability and desire to work effectively as a team member
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, in particular MS Excel

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
