What does the role involve?:


The purpose of the role is to promote the Hilti image, sell Hilti products and services, consult with customers and prospects in a Hilti Store.

The role involves managing inventory, sales records, administrative functions, order information, maintaining the customer database and dealing directly with walk-in customers and local team members on a daily basis.

The job holder needs to ensure total customer satisfaction and the promotion of the Hilti brand through successful operation and sales.


Scope:
Anchor job in Hilti Store structure - manages inventory and sales records; cross-sells, upsells.

What you need is:


  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Previous customer service and/or sales skills preferred
  • Ability to lead change and adapt to a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Drive to develop strong and sustainable customer relationships
  • Must be willing to relocate within 1824 months

Who should apply?:

In our Account Manager Development Program, you will complete developmental stages before promoting into an outside sales role. During the 18-24 month program, you'll participate in full sales, product, hands on and industry training curriculum.

As you advance in the program you will take part in outside sales training and territory sales coverages, all while be paired with a mentor.

The outside sales role will likely require relocation and is critical to your continued success at Hilti.
