Position Summary


The Sales Coordination Manager will be responsible for the Management of the sales coordination process for Liftow for approximately of 2,500 new trucks and 750 used truck sales on annual basis.

This role will also assist with the TMH Incentive Audit.


Specific Accountabilities

  • Ensure consistent and timely invoicing of new/used/ Rentals equipment
  • Inventory ordering, control and management of inventory to ensure equipment with right specs are stocked and to ensure inventory does not sit
  • Minimize floor plan interest
  • Provide backup for sales coordinators
  • Liaison with our finance partner to ensure all necessary documents are prepared before delivery. Bridge between sales reps and finance partner
  • Review Monthly Costing/Commission for accuracy
  • Support yearend inventory process
  • Oversee delivery/freight activities

Education & Work Experience
Completion of a college diploma or equivalent work experience. A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a management role. Background working in a material handling industry or dealership environment would be considered an asset.


Competencies and Skills

  • Process driven
  • Knowledge and experience with IT financial systems
  • Ability to effectively manage and direct personnel
  • Strong communication, time management, organizational skills and computer skills
  • Bilingualism in French and English is not mandatory, but a definite asset
  • Ability to travel to company locations as required

Job Types:

Salary:
$90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
