As our Children's Ministry Coordinator, you'll not just be instructing; you'll be crafting, directing, and enlivening the spiritual journeys of elementary-school aged children.

Your Mission:
Fostering Spiritual Growth
- Engineer a vibrant learning atmosphere aligned with Sunday morning services.
- Partner with parish clergy to deploy and execute a relevant curriculum for children from kindergarten through grade
- Spearhead the recruitment, training, and supervision of a robust volunteer team.
- Facilitate meaningful connections with parents, ensuring they're looped into the spiritual voyage of their children.
- Play a key role in integrating children into our special Christmas Eve family service.
- Oversee the ministry's budget and craft insightful annual reports, ensuring the church's leadership is kept in the loop.
Your Skills & Qualifications:
Your Unique Essence
- A fervent relationship with Jesus and a dedication to the church's collective journey.
- A natural affinity and love for children and a zest for guiding them as followers of Jesus.
- Exceptional communication skills, tailored for children's unique learning patterns.
- Noteworthy administrative and strategic planning capabilities.
- Prior teaching experience is a commendable asset.
- Comfortability with the theological and liturgical traditions of the Anglican Church of Canada

In addition to playing a pivotal role in our young believers' spiritual journeys, you'll be part of a collaborative church environment that celebrates unity, devotion, and growth.
Pay:
$23-$25 per hour
Time Commitment:
10 hours per week from September - June, including the following
- Approximately 5 hours per week at the church on Sundays, leading Sunday school (September
- June)
- Approximately 2 hours per month for a regular planning meeting with clergy. Times and dates are negotiable.
- Remaining hours can normally be selfallocated, to prepare curriculum, liase with volunteers, complete administrative tasks, and other tasks to support active children's ministry. This work can normally be completed remotely, in consultation with parish clergy.

$23.00-$25.00 per hour
